Our Staff

The owners and staff take great pride in Echo Lake Cafe. Every staff member believes in providing great service and even better food. By having such high expectations the customers can expect the highest degree of consistency.

Echo Lake Cafe has been a first job for more local Bigfork kids than we can count. It has provided a great opportunity to teach our youth responsibility, respect, and team work. 

It has also provided secure, long-term jobs for over half the staff. Our general manager and kitchen manager have been working at Echo Lake since the day it reopened. We try to make our cafe a fun and rewarding place to work and I think we have suceeded because the majority of our staff have been here between 4 and 16 years. This has also added to a consistency in our food and service that is hard to beat!
