Reservation Policy
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and do not take reservations, even on holidays. After over 50 years in business, we've found that this system helps us stay organized and efficient.

Special Events
We specialize in breakfast and lunch, and we focus on what we do best. As such, we do not host or facilitate special events during or after business hours, including rehearsal dinners, brunches, or large private group seating. We also do not offer catering services.

Available Positions:

Bussers: Earn $14+/hour including tips

Hosts: Prior restaurant experience required. Earn $14+/hour including tips

Servers: We promote from within for server positions. The only way to become a server at ELC is to start as a busser/host. With experience, you may move up quickly!

Dishwashers: No experience necessary. Starting at $13+/hour, plus tips

Prep Cook: Must have kitchen experience. Starting at $16+/hour, plus tips and a summer bonus

Line Cooks: Must have at least 2 years of line cook experience. Wage based on experience, starting at $18+/hour, plus tips and a great summer bonus
